What’s NEW For 2026 LBX? Everything!

10kW Peak Power + 72V 35Ah Biggest Battery Ever

For 2026, Light Bee X gets a 100% new powertrain: Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) + FOC Sine Wave Controller with MTPA/MTPV Technology. 10,000W peak power – 25% more than 2025’s 8kW. 295 Nm max wheel torque (217 ft-lbs) vs 250 Nm before. Instant electric torque launches you up 45-degree hills. New battery: 72V 35Ah lithium battery (2520 Wh) vs old 60V 40Ah (2400 Wh) – more energy despite lower Ah because voltage matters. Up to 75 km range @ 40 km/h (47 miles @ 25 mph), swappable and removable. Fast charging: 20-80% in 2.15 hours (vs 3-4 hours before) with fast charger. IP55 weather rating.

New Safety Tech: Wheelie Control (SWC) + App + IMU

2026 LBX introduces Surron’s brand-new Wheelie Control System – SWC. Uses Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) to sense bike pitch angle and control front wheel lift – makes wheelies safer. 2 adjustable modes, app-adjustable with visualized angle parameters, one-tap mobile setup for precise pre-setting. Perfect for beginners learning wheelies and pros controlling lift. Plus full electronics package:

• T-Box Integration – Connects to latest Surron App via Bluetooth, supports OTA updates, ride data, battery status, mode adjust
• 3-Level Adjustable Throttle Response – Tune from smooth to aggressive
• 5-Level Regenerative Braking – Adjust engine braking
• Auto Hold Function – Hill hold for technical climbs
• Advanced Protections: Tilt protection (electronic gyroscope), brake-priority control, side-stand protection, overcurrent, high/low voltage, power-system temp protection, emergency braking taillight alert (strobe)
